Aftercare Guide

1. Washing & Conditioning

• Wait 48 hours after fitting before washing your hair.

• Use sulphate-free, extension-safe shampoo only.

• Apply conditioner to mid-lengths and ends only - avoid the roots.

• Wash gently in a downward motion. Do not scrub or twist the hair.​

2. Drying

• Gently pat hair dry with a towel - never rub.

• Always apply a heat protection spray before using heated tools.

• Dry the nano rings completely using low heat to prevent bond slippage.​

​

3. Brushing

​​

• Use an extension-friendly brush (loop brush or soft-bristle).

• Support the roots with your hand while brushing.

• Brush 2–3 times daily, starting from the ends and working upwards.

​4. Styling​

​

• Style with heat tools only after applying a professional heat protectant.

• Avoid applying direct heat to the nano rings.

• Limit heat styling to extend the life of your extensions.​

​

5. Sleeping

​​

• Tie hair in a loose braid or low ponytail before bed.

• Use a silk or satin pillowcase to minimise friction and reduce tangling.​

​

6. Maintenance Appointments

• Book a maintenance session every 6–8 weeks.

• Your stylist will reposition or replace nano rings as needed to maintain secure bonds.

7. Avoid the Following

​​

• Oily products near the scalp – they can weaken and loosen the bonds.

• Swimming without protection – salt water and chlorine dry out extensions.

• Removing extensions yourself – always have them removed by a professional.

8. Warranty Claims

​​

• If you feel there is an issue with your hair extensions, please notify us via direct message or email within the 60 day warranty period. We need to make you aware that if your hair extensions require to be tested by our quality team, then we will need the full order to be returned for testing.

• Hair extensions are not covered if they have not been maintained according to our aftercare guidelines.
